1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use and Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user or purchaser, and Auto Safety Solutions Inc., a corporation doing business as Maxi View Mirrors. By accessing this website, purchasing any product, or using any Maxi View Mirrors product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or products.

2. Company Identity and Intellectual Property

Auto Safety Solutions Inc., doing business as Maxi View Mirrors, is the owner and operator of this website and the manufacturer and distributor of Maxi View Mirrors products.

All marketing materials, product descriptions, instructions, images, videos, and other content provided by Maxi View Mirrors are proprietary intellectual property authored by the inventor and owned by the company. The company holds three issued patents relating to its products and owns the registered trademark “The World’s Best Blind Spot Mirror.” No license or right is granted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any intellectual property without express written consent.

3. Product Description and Intended Use

Maxi View Mirrors are auxiliary blind spot mirrors intended to assist drivers by expanding their field of view when properly installed and used in accordance with provided instructions. The products are consumer safety accessories and are not a substitute for safe driving practices, proper mirror adjustment, or driver attentiveness.

4. Safety Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Although Maxi View Mirrors are marketed as a life-saving device, Auto Safety Solutions Inc. does not guarantee accident prevention and is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.

Users must strictly comply with installation instructions, including but not limited to the following requirements:

The factory mirror surface must be cleaned using alcohol only.
The use of Windex, soaps, sprays, or similar cleaners may leave a greasy film that can cause adhesive failure.
The mirror must be mounted in the upper inside corner of the factory mirror to avoid blocking the driver’s vision and to prevent interference with modern electronic blind spot sensors.

The company is not responsible for damage to vehicle mirrors, glass, or surfaces caused by improper installation or removal. For removal, users are advised to use the nylon fishing line included in the Transfer Kit. The use of screwdrivers, razor blades, or other tools may cause damage and is done at the user’s own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Safety Solutions Inc. disclaims all liability for incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

5. Warranty and “Double Your Money Back” Guarantee

Maxi View Mirrors are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. While the founder frequently honors this warranty as a lifetime policy as a matter of customer goodwill, such extended coverage is discretionary and does not create a binding lifetime warranty.

The company also offers the “World’s Best Guarantee.” If a customer finds a better stick-on blind spot mirror for less money within thirty days of driving with Maxi View Mirrors installed on both sides of their vehicle, the company will refund double the purchase price. Proof and reasonable verification may be required. This guarantee applies only to consumer purchases and is not transferable.

6. Return Policy

Auto Safety Solutions Inc. maintains a high standard of customer service and may, at its discretion, provide refunds, replacements, or other remedies to resolve customer complaints.

For affiliate, reseller, or distributor relationships, no commission is paid on returned products. A sale is considered final and commissionable only if it is not returned. Returned orders are deemed void for commission purposes.

7. Part Condition Disclosure and FTC Compliance

In compliance with Federal Trade Commission requirements, products are sold as either “First Quality” or “Factory Outlet” items.

Factory Outlet mirrors are fully functional, 100 percent guaranteed, and meet performance standards. They may contain a minor cosmetic blemish that is immaterial and not visible from the driver’s seat during normal use.

8. Shipping and Delivery Terms

All orders shipped within the continental United States are fulfilled via the United States Postal Service. Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.

International orders, including shipments to Canada and Israel, may be fulfilled at the company’s discretion. The company reserves the right to advise against shipping to active war zones or regions with elevated delivery risk.

Free shipping is generally offered on orders exceeding forty-five dollars or on designated promotional bundles, including two pair offers, subject to change without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Fitment and Vehicle Compatibility

Maxi View Mirrors are designed for use on all vehicles. However, proper placement and installation are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Maxi View Mirrors are uniquely designed to be compatible with modern electronic blind spot sensor systems due to their 360 degree adjustability, which allows placement on the inside portion of the factory mirror away from sensor areas. Improper placement may interfere with vehicle systems and is not the responsibility of the company.

10. Privacy Policy

The collection, use, and protection of personal information are governed by the Maxi View Mirrors Privacy Policy, which is provided as a separate document and incorporated by reference into these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

Auto Safety Solutions Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
